July 12, 2022 – Austin, TX – Sunny River Management, LLC (“SRM”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Beau Brace to Vice President, effective July 1, 2022.
“This promotion reflects a milestone moment in Beau’s career. Beau has demonstrated valuable transaction and asset management experience,” explains Jeremiah Yu, SRM Managing Partner.
In addition to this recent promotion, SRM is also pleased to announce and welcome Jimmy Carragher as an Associate. Jimmy will be based in Austin, TX and will work actively with SRM’s existing investment team and portfolio company leadership to continue executing transactions and growth initiatives.
“We are also excited to have Jimmy join the investment team. We believe that this addition will help us better support SRM and the significant growth opportunities at each of our portfolio companies,” added Jeremiah Yu.

About Beau Brace
Beau Brace joined SRM at the end of 2021 as a Senior Associate. He was previously a Senior Associate with SNH Capital Partners, a private investment firm based in Austin. Prior to joining SNH, Beau was an Associate with Sheridan Capital Partners, a mid-market healthcare private equity fund based in Chicago. Previously, Beau was an Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group of Lazard Frères & Co. in New York.
Beau received his MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. In his free time, Beau enjoys indoor cycling, alpine skiing, and spending time with his wife and dog.
About Jimmy Carragher
Jimmy Carragher joined SRM in 2022. He was previously an Associate with BofA Merrill Lynch in their debt advisory and liability management group. During his time at BofAML, Jimmy focused on structuring and executing various debt capital markets transactions for corporate debt issuers in multiple industries, spanning the full credit spectrum. He joined BofAML as an analyst out of undergrad.
Jimmy received his MBA in general management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. Outside of the office, Jimmy enjoys barbecuing on his PK Grill, skiing out west, and screaming at the TV during Buffalo Bills games.
