September 7, 2022 – Austin, TX – Sunny River Management, LLC (“SRM”) is pleased to announce that Michael King has joined the firm’s investment team as an Associate in its Austin office.

Prior to joining SRM, Michael was an Analyst with Lincoln International in their healthcare M&A group. During his time at Lincoln, Michael focused on executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for private equity and private equity-backed businesses in the healthcare industry. He joined Lincoln International as an Analyst out of undergrad. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Denver.
