SRM Announces Appointment of Joseph Silverman as Associate, Ken Kolling as Operating Advisor, and Promotion of Andrew Martinez to Senior Associate

March 30, 2023 – Atlanta, GA – Sunny River Management (SRM) is delighted to announce the appointment of Joseph Silverman as Associate in the Atlanta office, Ken Kolling as Operating Advisor and board member for SRM's portfolio company, Komline, and the promotion of Andrew Martinez to Senior Associate.

As Operating Advisor and board member for Komline, Mr. Kolling brings experience in manufacturing and operations to his new role. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President in Operations at Danaher, where he had multi-plant manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and R&D responsibilities. Before joining Danaher, Mr. Kolling worked for GE for 22 years. In his new role, Mr. Kolling will provide strategic guidance and operational support to Komline, as well as advise SRM's investment team on operational due diligence.

Mr. Silverman joins SRM from Macquarie Capital, where he was an Associate in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services coverage group, focused on M&A advisory. Prior to Macquarie, he served as a pilot and officer in the US Navy. Mr. Silverman earned his MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
